When I first called Dana, I was burnt out and stagnant in my own life — and on multiple fronts. I knew I needed to make a change but didn’t know where to start, or which corner of my mind needed the most love and attention. I’d been contemplating leaving my job for a while but felt ashamed to commit to the designs I had for my own life. I ended up quitting my day job the day after I committed to working with Dana, and my life started to change. It was so empowering to have Dana in my corner to guide me through the changes I was making, but that felt big and scary. When I think back to the person I was almost a year ago, I want to give her a hug and tell her to trust in the process of change. Dana taught me that change happens question by question, thought by thought, action by action, and is fed by faith in my inner voice, and the ability to get quiet and listen to it. These are the skills I practiced with Dana over a few months.
The beauty of working with Dana is that it is a wholly uncomplicated process. She guides you through a format that, week after week, unravels the knots of self-limiting beliefs. I had no idea how many small knots I’d built up over time that were preventing me from even seeing the big ones. Dana helped me re-map my entire mindset in a kind and self-loving way. She is a teacher of many things, but most of all she taught me how to be more myself, and how to love and live the process of becoming.
